Kothari Wheels; malpractcing employees?

Kothari Wheels; unexpected bad experience!

On the eve of 22nd March I went to kothari wheels at Tilak road in Pune city. I enquired for Honda Hornet with dual disk-dual start- CBS- Red color. This bike perfectly fits to my requirements.

Kothari Wheels, Tilak Road, PuneOn 23rd March, I submitted required documents for bank proposal with 40k down payment. This time I told them my all documents are based on my native address. I don’t have any document like ADHAR, Passport, PAN, Voter ID, Driving license to prove my present place of residence in Pune, everything belongs to my native place. The person collecting papers for Kothari Wheels said, then you will need to pay extra 2k for RTO processing. Considering this amount may be as fine, or RTO processing charges for people living outside Pune, I said OK, am agree.

On 24th March, HDFC employee called me, came home at committed time for verification.

On 25th March, afternoon at 3.06, I received msg from HDFC confirming my “application of two wheeler loan a/c no. 46636254 for Honda Hornet 160 Cbs is approved”.

Today 26th March, after 24 hrs from loan confirmation msg, I got call from Kothari Wheels, Tilak Road showroom from ‘8975145757’ number to come to showroom with documents of ‘proof of residence’ he was the same person (because he only gave this no. on 23rd.). I reminded him that already I have told you on 23rd that I don’t have the proof of residence as you required. He said then you have to pay 3500/- for RTO processing. I reminded him that on 23rd you told me it is 2000/- now you are saying 3500/- why?

He bluntly told me; no, it is not possible in 2k.
His tone reflected such aggressiveness attitude, suggesting he was well confident that I have no option but to accept.

Hence; I had no option but to bluntly tell him, ‘then no, I cancel my booking’.

He said: OK!

The reason for posting this all episode here is, The Kothari’s and HDFC should know the correct reason behind cancellation of booking (wish they may be interested in knowing!). And for you all to be aware of such a possible malpractice by employees, of such renowned organization.

I had in mind, to have this bike on Gudhi Padwa the New Year day. But… anyway…

Somnathda; Parliament has limitation!

In recent years, judicial intervention has occurred in more number of cases of parliamentary affairs, and this has irked panic in politicians that, the judiciary is prevailing its limitations and shadowing over there fields of legislation. In last few months, LS speaker Somanath Chatarji is constantly, progressively putting this point more and more aggressively and in louder voice, on every possible stage that he was offered. In his recent speeches, he has accused the judiciary, that when emergency was imposed, they (Supreme Court) left people on mercy of Executives. This is completely falls statement, because power of judicial review on any law, passed by the government was suspended, and CAFEPOSA, MISA were the major laws, where no judicature was given jurisdiction to admit or hear any plea for relief or challenge. In other words, judiciary itself was suspended. How it could entertain any application, which could not mention relief under specific provision. Somanathda is making men...

Really; Are These Monuments!

There are almost a thousand places built in the end of 18 th century by British or, almost all built in the beginning of 19 century. All these places belong to more of political and social entities and less of historical activities, but still these are classified as archaeological sites. These are placed under Archaeological survey. The places where an historical activity took place those places are reference points of socio-economic or socio-political developments in modern history, but many places are connected to an active person. This from any point of view, these places can’t be equated with monuments built before 17 th century or rather in pre-historic time.

Thank you Corona…
