Chain of demonetizing let not end in just banks benefits

Dear Prime Minister wipe out charges on swipe machines

Government is taking some steps on controlling and channelizing money transactions. Now it reveals that demonetizing efforts is first step, cashless transactions appear second.

Government is pushing banks to install 10 M swipe machines. I believe this is first phase. Small traders also will have to use such machines…  Looking at our living style we buy essentials in two steps. First mostly on monthly basis, and second on daily basis. Whatever I buy the merchant is charging me 2 to 3 percentage as process charge.

This is applied by banks to trader and trader charges it on us. This way neither trader nor common man is getting benefits but banks mainly SBI, HDFC and ICICI are the gross beneficiaries. Simple calculus…. normally millions a day!

My dear Prime Minister please remove rent, charges for swipe machines on traders applied by banks. So common man won’t be paying indirect tax…

Somnathda; Parliament has limitation!

In recent years, judicial intervention has occurred in more number of cases of parliamentary affairs, and this has irked panic in politicians that, the judiciary is prevailing its limitations and shadowing over there fields of legislation. In last few months, LS speaker Somanath Chatarji is constantly, progressively putting this point more and more aggressively and in louder voice, on every possible stage that he was offered. In his recent speeches, he has accused the judiciary, that when emergency was imposed, they (Supreme Court) left people on mercy of Executives. This is completely falls statement, because power of judicial review on any law, passed by the government was suspended, and CAFEPOSA, MISA were the major laws, where no judicature was given jurisdiction to admit or hear any plea for relief or challenge. In other words, judiciary itself was suspended. How it could entertain any application, which could not mention relief under specific provision. Somanathda is making men...

Really; Are These Monuments!

There are almost a thousand places built in the end of 18 th century by British or, almost all built in the beginning of 19 century. All these places belong to more of political and social entities and less of historical activities, but still these are classified as archaeological sites. These are placed under Archaeological survey. The places where an historical activity took place those places are reference points of socio-economic or socio-political developments in modern history, but many places are connected to an active person. This from any point of view, these places can’t be equated with monuments built before 17 th century or rather in pre-historic time.
