Somnathda; Parliament has limitation!

In recent years, judicial intervention has occurred in more number of cases of parliamentary affairs, and this has irked panic in politicians that, the judiciary is prevailing its limitations and shadowing over there fields of legislation. In last few months, LS speaker Somanath Chatarji is constantly, progressively putting this point more and more aggressively and in louder voice, on every possible stage that he was offered. In his recent speeches, he has accused the judiciary, that when emergency was imposed, they (Supreme Court) left people on mercy of Executives. This is completely falls statement, because power of judicial review on any law, passed by the government was suspended, and CAFEPOSA, MISA were the major laws, where no judicature was given jurisdiction to admit or hear any plea for relief or challenge. In other words, judiciary itself was suspended. How it could entertain any application, which could not mention relief under specific provision. Somanathda is making men...

Really; Are These Monuments!

There are almost a thousand places built in the end of 18 th century by British or, almost all built in the beginning of 19 century. All these places belong to more of political and social entities and less of historical activities, but still these are classified as archaeological sites. These are placed under Archaeological survey. The places where an historical activity took place those places are reference points of socio-economic or socio-political developments in modern history, but many places are connected to an active person. This from any point of view, these places can’t be equated with monuments built before 17 th century or rather in pre-historic time.

Moral of Right to Privacy pleading and verdict

Abolishment of 42 amendment or supporting privet players?   Panel Judge's observations on Right to Privacy   What if…there are two possibilities;   1] By debating under fundamental rights that the right to privacy is included, there are chance that government may play/put forward amendment to constitution to abolish the 42 amendment (a big black spot of emergency era!) ; that prevailed ‘fundamental duties’ over ‘fundamental rights’ Which powered state to override rights by binding duties over citizens…    Controversially there is extremely other end possibility. Government may be trying to boil multiple issues to get one suppressed to benefit from other. 2] The other possibility, which I see more possible is that, government may deem rights to privacy; this is offcourse to save personal data collection practices of mobiles/apps/gadgets from legal/penal actions. Lots of people don’t know that a photograph/video taken...

Manager is not just a Leader or Boss...

Manager is not just a Leader or Boss; it’s much more… Lot of people seem lured to post, ‘who are you; boss or, leader’ or, ‘what you like to be; boss or leader’ or even, ‘what is your manager, boss or leader’ and even ‘these are xx symptoms of boss and zz symptoms of leader’ kind of postings.  In my opinion, these people are actually showing symptoms of unawareness towards functionality of middle management. In simple term, ‘ they are unaware of managerial role & responsibility’.   As a manager, you can’t be singularly just a leader or just a boss. On one side as a manager your responsibilities are not just limited to, work as a link between resources and sponsor/s, work as a link between resources and sponsors and management, work as a link between resources, sponsor, management and client. But, there can be even further expectations depending on sector, spectrum and size of organization. On the other hand as manager, you are responsible to al...
